1. Use of Our Services
Service Usage
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the deliverables (designs, websites, digital assets, etc.) created for you, strictly for your business or personal use as agreed in the project scope.
Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Copy, resell, or redistribute our designs or digital assets without permission.
Reverse engineer or alter any AI tools, code, or digital solutions provided by us.
Use our work for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.
Misuse or modify deliverables beyond the permitted usage rights outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
Unless explicitly stated:
All design concepts, source files, drafts, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Dzin Studio until full payment is received. Final deliverables (logo, brand assets, website files, etc.) become yours after full payment, except open-source or third-party resources governed by their own licenses.
Usage Rights
Clients receive rights to use the final output, not ownership of working/source files (e.g., PSD, AI, Figma). Source files can be purchased separately if required.
Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or recommendations shared with Dzin Studio may be used to improve our services without obligation or compensation.
3. Privacy & Data Security
Privacy Policy Your personal data and project information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection as necessary to complete the project.
Data Security
While we take strong measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for data breaches caused by third parties, hosting providers, or external cyber incidents.
4. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Some services may involve third-party software, hosting providers, APIs, AI tools, plugins, or payment platforms. Dzin Studio is not responsible for:
Third-party downtime or outages
Changes in third-party pricing or features
Issues caused by external tools or integrations
Using third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms and conditions.
5. Payments, Refunds & Delivery
All projects require advance payment as per the cost estimate or invoice.
Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
Delays caused by lack of content, feedback, or approvals from the client are not the responsibility of Dzin Studio.
Final deliverables are shared only after 100% payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dzin Studio is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, business, or data
Issues arising from misuse of delivered work
Delays caused by third-party services or client-side lapses
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the project.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to pause or terminate work if:
Payments are delayed
Terms are violated
Misuse, abusive behavior, or unlawful activities occur
Upon termination, all usage rights granted to you will be revoked.
8. Revisions & Project Scope
Revisions are provided as per the package or agreement.
Any additional work beyond the discussed scope will be charged separately.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable within India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India (or specify your preferred jurisdiction).
